At Aûm is a holistic living space right next to the Jourdain metro station. Here, everything is designed to thrill you: a veggie cantine, a comforting coffeshop and numerous yoga classes. It's also a kid-friendly address that you might not think of, and if you live in the neighborhood, we can't recommend that you drop in for a snack or try out the children's yoga classes, open to children as young as 5!
Every Wednesday afternoon, from 4pm to 5pm, Marie-Alexandre - the teacher - teaches your children gentle yoga to develop their motor skills. A one-hour session costs €20 per child, the same as for adult classes. If you take a 10-class card, the session costs €18 (€180 card) and is valid for six months!
Once the class is over, head upstairs for a snack, where Sophie serves delicious hot drinks made with plant-based milk (chocolates, coffees, golden lattes, matcha lattes...), super-vitamin detox juices and homemade organic treats, such as sugar-free chocolate fondant, cookies, lemon cake... In short, something to keep you busy and happy for a good part of the afternoon!
