Join us for an exceptional, artistic moment of relaxation with yoga and guided meditation in the rooms of the Jean-Jacques Henner Museum, on several Saturdays each year.

From sport at the museum, it's possible! Like the Carnavalet Museum, the museum Jean-Jacques Henner, in the 17th arrondissement, offers yoga classes among the artworks, one or more Saturdays per month. This activity, quite unconventional invites you to unwind in a privileged setting for about an hour, accompanied by Camille Voituriez, yoga instructor.

A neo-Renaissance salon opening onto a bright winter garden invites you into an intimate setting, in small groups, to try yoga vinyasa, a dynamic, energizing style anchored in breath. Whatever your level, you can enjoy a relaxing moment, close your eyes, and feel the history of this hôtel particulier dedicated to the work of Jean-Jacques Henner.

Your instructor then invites you to a guided meditation in front of a work of art, a surprising spiritual exercise that will make you see art in a new light, confronting the notion of beauty in a cultural setting.

Yoga mats aren’t included in the activity price, so participants are encouraged to bring their own for extra comfort. Note that participants will even receive a reproduction of a painting from the collection, along with an explanatory text! Budget 20 euros for these sessions, which also include a visit to the museum and the current exhibition, if you’d like to extend this meditative moment.
