It's all new and beautiful: the Bourdelle Museum has just reopened its doors on March 15, 2023, after nearly two years of work. What if we went to discover it with the children around a playful and creative workshop?

Paris's most hidden museum-workshop has finally reopened its doors in the 15th arrondissement: on the program are new labels for the children's trail, digital and fun features for the little ones, and a free weekend to let your little ones discover this human-sized museum.

Workshops are offered from the age of 1, and children can participate according to their age (1-3 or 6+), accompanied by their parents. Come and learn the rules of theart of modeling and sculpting clay as a family: workshops last from one to two hours, and you'll leave with your child's work! Just remember to bring a shoebox or cardboard box with you, so you can transport your finished model.

At the moment, the exhibition Philippe Cognée. La peinture d'après. is on show at the museum from March 15 to July 16, 2023. The painter explores the art of figuration, blurring faces and creating motifs...Less well known, this is an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone, by discovering the renovated Musée Bourdelle and the work of this great French figurative painter.
