With three locations in the capital and its inner suburbs, Playdate is the kid-friendly place to be, with children's activities and free play sessions for kids aged 0 to 5.

Wooden games, slides, ball pools... Welcome to children's paradise at Playdate, a concept with locations in the 16th and 17th arrondissements, as well as in Neuilly-sur-Seine (92). Behind the concept are Audrey and Jade, two partners who are also sisters-in-law, and who wanted to create the place in Paris that was missing when you have children. Both mothers of children aged one to seven, they wanted to import to Paris a concept that Audrey discovered in London, when she lived there.

"In two jobs, I had the time to discover many activities with my son when he was only 18 months old", says Audrey, "in London the offer is very rich for little ones from 1 to 3 years old as the nursery is expensive and maternity leave lasts longer". So, since October 2019, the opening date of the very first Playdate in the 16th arrondissement, rue de Montevideo, Jade and Audrey have been offering activities with guest speakers, to awaken and create from the very first months. Baby gym, Baby Art, Messy Play, clay, musical awakening... Or Play Time, Playdate's must-do activity, which includes creative workshops, nursery rhymes and free play. In 2021, the founders will open a new location in the 17th arrondissement, on avenue de Saussure, followed by another in 2023, in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

On site, you'll find a play area with a dinette, books, a small kitchen, giant LEGOs, a trampoline, a ball pool... Which you can discover during a Play Time or Free Play activity (free play session with a companion). For Baby Gym and Wednesday afternoons (at Playdate in the 17th arrondissement), you also have access to the motor room to let off steam. For families, Playdate is a real bonus in the neighborhood, a place where children can socialize. "We have children who come almost every day, and over time, bonds are forged between the carers and the little ones", says Audrey.

Prices range from €26 to €29 for a single session, although prices are more attractive if you buy activities in packs, or opt for a monthly subscription with a choice of 5, 10 or 15 activities. "We really do offer a tailor-made package, so there's something for everyone," explains Audrey. You can also celebrate your child's birthday in the Playdate of your choice: count €300 for room hire in the 16th and 17th arrondissements, €200 for the one in Neuilly, bearing in mind that you'll then need to add (depending on your wishes) entertainment, cake, decorations... In short, a great family address in Paris and the inner suburbs, to be discovered urgently with the kids!
