What if your child's drawings were now part of the collections of the Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris ? That's the concept proposed by artist Olivier Beer, every Saturday and Sunday until January 12, 2025. The aim is to createa large-scale participatory work, which will take the form of four films and 4,000 children's drawings, next spring.
So children, tweens and teens aged 4 to 18 are more than welcome at the Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris, every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm. Their mission? Interpret, in their own way and according to their imagination, a drawing, a painting or, finally, a creation signed with their name and inspired by four paintings from the museum's collections.
Once their work is finished, the children can explore the collections of the Musée d'Art Moderne and discover the paintings they were inspired by. With all the children's productions, Olivier Beer invites families to join him in spring 2025, to discover the final result of this XXL participative work. Admission to the Musée d'Art Moderne to take part in this drawing workshop is free and open to all (no reservation necessary, but access is limited to available places). A great deal for the whole family to enjoy at the Musée d'Art Moderne in Paris this winter!
