Château de Vault-de-Lugny, a royal setting two hours from Paris

As for dessert, pastry chef Karina Laval takes a tour of the garden and invites you to discover the flowers of the park's acacia trees, which she uses to perfume her macaroons, among other things. Her basil sorbet is a real treat for the palate.

And for a weekend at the top, tailor-made activities are on offer: walks in the park to discover the flora and fauna, Burgundy wine tasting in the château's cellars, truffle hunting, indoor heated swimming pool, hot-air balloon or horseback rides...
