Do you know Bastardane? This combo, which blends sludge, thrash metal and melodic rock, hails from the USA. The band, who released their second studio opus"Catatonic Symphony" in May 2024, will be treading Hellfest soil for the very first time this summer. An opportunity for Bastardane to show what they're made of! Oh, and we almost forgot, the band's drummer is none other than Castor Hetfield, son of Metallica singer and guitarist James Hetfield. We imagine that many curious fans of the Californian band will flock to Mainstage 1 on Sunday morning.
Good news for Kylesa fans, as the American band is back on the road after several years' absence. An opportunity to (re)discover this band from Savannah, led by Laura Pleasants and Phillip Cope. The combo has released no less than 7 opuses since 2002. The latest? "Exhausting Fire, released in 2015. So, are you ready for a good dose of sludge, crust punk and psychedelia? See you on June 22 at 5:45pm in front of the Valley!
He is and remains one of the leading icons of the Seattle grunge scene, thanks to his band Alice in Chains. Jerry Cantrell returns to Hellfest this summer to delight us all. The American musician, composer and singer will surely take the opportunity to perform live a few tracks from his latest solo opus, entitled"I Want Blood". A strong, powerful record, featuring several fine collaborations (Robert Trujillo, Duff McKagan and Greg Puciato). So, are you ready to (re)discover a legend of the grunge scene at Hellfest?
There's sure to be a lot of banging under the Temple on Sunday night, thanks to Eisbrecher's expertly distilled industrial metal. The German band, led by the charismatic Alexx Wesselsky, returns to Hellfest. The band will be defending their latest opus,"Kaltfront". But we're also looking forward to hearing some of the band's greatest hits, such as " This Is Deutsch " and " Was ist hier los?
This summer, Linkin Park will be making just two stops in France: the first in Paris, and the second in Clisson! On Sunday evening, Hellfest festival-goers are likely to gather in large numbers in front of Mainstage 1 to witness the American band's eagerly-awaited set, and to discover their new frontwoman, Emily Armstrong. The combo will take advantage of the opportunity to play some old hits, as well as songs from their new opus, "From Zero"!
