Beautiful, surprising and tasty: Maison Chaudun 's 2016 Christmas log will surprise many!

The great Pastry Chef and Creative Director of Maison Chaudun, Gilles Marchal, has imagined a creation that pays tribute to his travels in Asia, a region of the world he is particularly fond of.

For this reason, he created this log as a reminiscence of his travels, with scents of lemongrass and chocolate.

Behind this beautiful creation, Gilles Marchal has blended various flavors and textures: almond dacquoise, dark chocolate sabayon and a cream with fresh lemongrass infusion...

The log is covered in a velvety coat of dark chocolate and housed in a magnificent trunk.

Gilles Marchal has also created a set of chocolate cards especially for Christmas 2016. Imagined as a veritable objet d'art, this deck features six sewn cards, each referencing the history of the House or one of its delicacies: the Beggar Ace, the King of the University, the Malar Joker, the Bean Lady, the 8 Pavé and the Black Jack.

This deck of cards is available in a limited edition of 100 (€8).
