Le Ritz Paris Le Comptoir unveils its 2025 Christmas logs. The Sucre d'Orge, Cadeau, and Traîneau creations invite you on a gourmet journey through childhood memories. Available for pre-order from November 14 and in stores from November 20 to December 31, 2025.

This year, the Christmas logs take us straight back to our childhood memories, with all the holiday magic we love so much. Three gourmet creations await us: the limited edition Bûche Sucre d'Orge, the Bûche Cadeau inspired by the famous Ritz au Lait, and the Bûche Traîneau, which revisits the Entremets Marbré.

The Bûche Sucre d'Orge is clearly the favorite of this collection. With its red and white twists, it reminds us of the treats we used to hang on the Christmas tree when we were little. It features a Savoy biscuit with toasted Papua New Guinea vanilla, a creamy layer, a crispy layer, and a mousse made with vanilla from Uganda and Papua New Guinea. The decoration is made with a vanilla hibiscus flower infusion that adds fruity notes.

The sleigh, decorated with the Ritz Paris emblem, hides a melt-in-the-mouth almond biscuit with jelly and citrus zest. We often talk about Le Comptoir at the Ritz Paris, and with good reason: it has become a real benchmark since it opened in 2021. With two locations in Paris, in the 1st and 6th arrondissements, it's now easier than ever to visit. In fact, in 2024, the establishment was voted Best Pastry Shop in the World by La Liste. François Perret, who ran the Ritz Paris patisserie for ten years until August 2025, left us with unforgettable creations such as his revisited madeleines and marbled desserts that we never tire of tasting.

What we love about these Christmas logs from the Ritz Paris is that they have real personality. Each one tells a story, taking us back to a moment from our childhood. You can sense the work that has gone into them, the attention to detail and the combination of flavors.

In terms of price, the Bûche Sucre d'Orge with its toy box is €250 for 8 to 10 people (limited edition of 50) and €20 for an individual portion. The Ritz Milk Gift Log in Speculoos or Coconut-Mango flavors is €95 for 6 to 8 people and €18 for an individual portion. There are two locations to choose from: 38 rue Cambon in the 1st arrondissement (open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.), or 45 rue de Sèvres in the 6th arrondissement (Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
