In the wonderful Napoleon III decorum by Jacques Garcia of restaurant Le Gabriel at La Réserve Paris Hôtel & Spa, chef Jérôme Banctel has prepared a NYE 2022/2023 menu our taste buds are likely to remember. And the following day, he serves it again for New Year’s Day!

Considered as Alain Senderens’ spiritual son, Chef Jérôme Banctel moved us when we came to visit Le Gabriel restaurant at La Réserve Hôtel & Spa, and has prepared a NYE 2022-2023 menu worthy of his two Michelin stars.

This December 31, 2022, head to the Elysée neighborhood, in this magnificent restaurant designed by Jacques Garcia to celebrate the new year 2023 as it should be. And our taste buds are already very happy!

And let us do it again on January 1, 2023, for lunch and dinner, with another menu just as mouthwatering, to start the new year off right over the greatest seasonal dishes improved by the Michelin-starred chef who is one of the most talentedones of his generation.
