Easter Brunch 2025 at Dali, the Le Meurice hotel restaurant

For a wonderful Easter 2025 in Paris, Le Meurice is opening the doors of its Le Dali restaurant for an exceptional Easter 2025 brunch on Monday April 21. With family or friends, this tradition revisits the art of feasting on sweet and savory seasonal dishes, set to a musical backdrop.

As soon as you're seated, a parade of crisp pastries opens the ball. This is followed by a delicious assortment of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, featuring the first vegetables of spring. On the menu, grilled artichoke, goat's cheese and arugula, or, for seafood fans, the restaurant offers a salmon gravelax - radish combo, and even haddock served with refreshed white asparagus.

For the main course, the choice is just as tempting: eggs prepared to order, snacked scallops, accompanied by candied green asparagus, or the leg of suckling lamb with wild garlic, an Easter staple. Everyone is free to compose their own brunch according to their desires.
