With a 3-day weekend and a beautiful Easter Sunday on the horizon, we're in the mood for a nice brunch to enjoy with the whole family or just the two of you. This Sunday, March 20, 2025, the Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra has decided to treat you to an Easter brunch imagined by the chef of the hotel's restaurant, Rivages, Martin Simolka.
What's on the menu? Delicious dishes based on the culinary traditions of Easter. The festivities kick off with a traditional chocolate lammele and an assortment of croissants, before discovering the savory stand featuring mimosa eggs, asparagus and salmon croissants, and an Easter pâté en croûte.
The chef and his brigade will be creating dishes live in front of customers, including the must-try leg of lamb with spring vegetables, salmon koulibiac with curry sauce, and a perfect egg with asparagus and herb sabayon. At the sweet stand, gourmets can discover a praline chocolate flan, a strawberry sablé breton and a pistachio cookie.
For this Easter brunch, served between 12 noon and 2:30 pm, the price is €95 per adult and €45 for children under 11. For adults, a glass of champagne on arrival is included, as are water and coffee.
