Gathering numerous bakers and pastry chefs, these contests allow judges to feel, touch, and taste the competing galettes to determine the best of the bunch. As in previous years, the Union of Bakers of Greater Paris has announced its winner for 2026, chosen from a selection of bakers based in Paris, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis, and Val-de-Marne.
