Want a spine-tingling night out? In Essonne (91), kids and adults alike are invited to Halloween on Saturday, October 31, 2026. Whether with family or friends, this autumn celebration invites you to gather for a night out, to slip into a costume, and to share a few thrills. Witches, vampires and ghosts provide the characters; everyone then decides whether to take them seriously or to laugh at their own fears.
The hardest part may be getting everyone on the same page. A mysterious tale can captivate kids without aiming to frighten them, while an immersive setup keeps the suspense alive. For some, the success of the outing hinges on that first jump—the initial scare; for others, it’s all about the joy of taking part.
A costume party offers another possibility: catching up with friends, dancing, and swapping notes on what everyone wore, sometimes cobbled together just hours earlier. The Scooby-Doo spirit fits these crowds, where mystery buffs mingle with those who’d rather linger by the buffet. Before locking in a meetup, the shared craving matters just as much as each person's taste for thrills.
From Massy to Évry-Couscouronnes, from Étampes to Dourdan, the search can take you beyond the towns you usually frequent. To plan your next outing, explore our pick of Halloween 2026 events and activities in Essonne. Ideas in the 91 to share an afternoon with the kids, a group adventure, or an adults-only evening, depending on how you like your spooky stories.
