Journées du Patrimoine 2025 in the watchmaking wheels of Bucherer in Paris

Tick tock! It's almost time for the Journées Européennes du Patrimoine 2025, the event that allows you to immerse yourself in France's most majestic sites, as well as its most exclusive spots. In Paris, you'll need to draw up a roadmap if you want to have time in two days to discover all the treasures the capital has to offer. Monuments, museums, workshops- you'll be spoilt for choice!

And here, on the Boulevard des Capucines in the 9th arrondissement, is the Maison Bucherer, also taking part in the 42nd edition of the Journées du Patrimoine 2025 in Paris. Step through the doors of the wood-clad boutique and immerse yourself in the wonderful world ofwatchmaking.

The Bucherer adventure began in 1888 with the first store opening in Lucerne and proliferated in 1924, when the creators' son signed a partnership with Rolex, one of the most famous watch brands in the world today. In 2013, Bucherer celebrated its 125th anniversary and opened the world's largest watch and jewelry boutique in Paris. Today, Bucherer is Europe's largest watch and jewelry brand.
