A universal symbol of Christmas, both quintessentially American and deliciously nostalgic, it inspires this festive and generous creation, available here in an XXL dessert version.
Shimmering and deliberately refined, the log hides a multitude of details that evoke the world of New York and the spirit of the holidays. The moist Christmas spice biscuit, enhanced with a hint ofcinnamon, recalls the aromas of Brooklyn bakeries, while the crunchy pecan cookie reinvents the street snack as a refined delicacy. At its heart, a cranberry marmalade with whole berries—slightly tart, slightly playful—brings a true New York holiday flavor. All around, a lime and vanilla cheesecake mousse, a tribute to the city's iconic dessert, envelops the whole with sweetness and zest.
