Heritage Days 2023 in Paris: “Le Déploiement” Exhibition at the Canadian Cultural Centre

The Journées du Patrimoine return on Saturday and Sunday, September 16 and 17, 2023. A new and 40th edition in which the Canadian Cultural Centre takes part. Located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, the venue is offering free and guided tours of its "Le Déploiement" exhibition, by artist Emmanuelle Léonard.

One of these cultural hubs — specifically the Canadian Cultural Centre — is highly recommended as a must-visit during Saturday, September 16 and Sunday, September 17, 2023. These dates mark the 40th edition of the Heritage Days.

For those less familiar, it's worth noting that this venue hosts a variety of events throughout the year—exhibitions, concerts, screenings—providing Parisians with an opportunity to experience Canadian culture without leaving the capital.

Officially opened on April 2, 1970, the Canadian Cultural Centre has as its mission to promote Canadian culture in France. Originally located on the Esplanade des Invalides in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, the Canadian Cultural Centre moved in the spring of 2018 to the 8th district, into a stunning building renovated by Canadian and French architects Julian Smith and Jean-Paul Viguier.
