Heritage Days 2025 at the cité épiscopale in Meaux
As part of the "Raise your eyes!"program for schoolchildren, the Musée Bossuet's visitors' center offers a high school class a guided tour of the temporary exhibition "De pierre et de papier, l'œuvre de la marquise de Maillé au service du patrimoine".
The Musée Bossuet is dedicating its new temporary exhibition to a great lady of heritage: Aliette de Rohan Chabot, Marquise de Maillé (1896-1972). Through the evocation of her life and work (particularly in Seine-et-Marne and the Meaux region), tribute is paid to those who have been committed to the study and preservation of heritage for over a century. It's an opportunity to encourage students to take an initial look at what makes up "heritage" in their local environment, whether urban or rural, ancient or contemporary.

Brasserie de Meaux has been producing craft beers since 2015. Ludivine and Sébastien chose to change careers after an engineering career. After some thought, they chose to devote themselves to making craft beers, which they brew with local produce, enabling them to showcase the farming background they come from by promoting the cultivation of barley, essential for making their beers.
All our beers are brewed on site with exclusively French ingredients, and we have a permanent range of 7 beers.
Since opening our doors nearly 10 years ago, we have won 12 medals at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris.
Program: explanations of the various ingredients, a day's brewing and tasting at 2, 3, 4 and 5 pm.

Heritage Days 2025 at the Meaux Saint-Faron cheese dairy
The Fromagerie de Meaux Saint-Faron opens its doors for the European Heritage Days.
Accompanied by a guide, you'll start with a short video tracing the history of Brie cheese. The tour then continues along a specially-designed circuit, allowing you to observe the different stages in cheese-making (production room, maturing room, etc.).
The tour ends with a tasting of the cheeses produced and matured on site.
