Journées du Patrimoine 2025 at the Quai d'Orsay, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Paris

The Journées du Patrimoine return on the weekend of September 20 and 21, 2025. During this special event, enthusiasts and the curious can take advantage of a great program of events at the heart of the most beautiful treasures of our heritage. You'll be able to take advantage of a wide range of cultural activities, including free guided tours, guided tours and events for all ages. In Paris and the Ile-de-France region, a host of venues are playing their part, enabling everyone to find a program to suit their passion!

The Journées du Patrimoine is also the perfect time to take advantage ofexceptional openings in places that are usually closed to the public, including several ministries. These are often housed in sublime private mansions, whose secrets and treasures you can discover on this rare occasion.

This is how the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs welcomes you to the 42nd Heritage Days, scheduled for the weekend of September 20-21, 2025. Built in the mid-19th century, it is also nicknamed the Quai d'Orsay because of its position along the Paris river.
