The RATP and SNCF networks will experience further disruptions this weekend, January 17 and 18, 2026. Several RER, Transilien, and metro lines will be affected by maintenance work and service interruptions. Here's what you need to know to plan your travel accordingly.

A new weekend of maintenance is scheduled on the RATP and SNCF networks across Île-de-France from Saturday, January 17 to Sunday, January 18, 2026. The work aims to make progress on Grand Paris projects, including upcoming metro line extensions, or simply to keep the network running smoothly. R Line: Melun <> Montereau, from January 5th to 17th, weekdays from 9:30 PM to 5 AM
Period: weekdays from 9:30 PM to 5:00 AM.

Train service will be suspended between Melun and Montereau.
A bus replacement service will be provided, stopping at intermediate stations.

R Line: Paris-Lyon <-> Montargis/Montereau, January 17-18:
Period: throughout the weekend, all day long.
