Following the bus strike in Cergy-Pontoise, Île-de-France Mobilité has announced compensation measures for passengers affected. Holders of a monthly Navigo pass will be reimbursed for up to three months' travel. Other passes will also be reimbursed. The platform for obtaining compensation has been open since this Thursday, February 27, 2025.

If you're one of the passengers affected by the bus strike in Cergy-Pontoise, then it's time to do the sums: Île-de-France Mobilités has announced the amount to which passengers affected by the traffic disruption will be entitled in compensation. Since November 7, 2024, passengers have had to deal with the social conflict between management and employees at Francilité Seine et Oise. The bus network was completely interrupted before being partially resumed. This situation lasted for three months.

In all, some 80,000 users saw their daily lives affected by this industrial action. As of February 27, 2025, holders of Navigo, Imagine R, Seniors, Mois Réduction 50% and Mois solidarité 50% passes will be entitled to a refund of three months' travel expenses. A platform will be set up to enable them to obtain this refund. Refunds will be granted subject to the following conditions: The pass must be valid for at least one month of the strike, and holders must live, work or study in the area served by the bus lines disrupted during the strike. For holders of a monthly navigo pass, this is equivalent to €261.60. To obtain your refund, here's the link to the platform set up for this purpose (click here).
