Who will be crowned best actress? Which actor will take home the Best Actor trophy? And which film will win the César for Best Picture? The answers will come on February 26th during the 51st edition of the César Awards, once again held at the Olympia.
While many film enthusiasts eagerly await the winners, it's important to note that the event will cause disruptions to traffic flow across Paris. The Paris Police Department has issued a decree to temporarily modify traffic patterns on several streets in the 8th and 9th arrondissements of the city.
To ensure the smooth running of the ceremony and the dinner following it, the Police Prefecture has announced certain traffic restrictions from February 22 to February 27, 2026.
In detail, all motor vehicle traffic is prohibited on Boulevard des Capucines, in the 9th arrondissement, between Scribe Street and Caumartin Street, on the even-numbered side, along the bus-only lane:

Please note that motor vehicles will also be prohibited from driving on the boulevard des Capucines, between Opéra Square and Rue Scribe, on February 26, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 11:59 PM.
Finally, motor vehicle traffic is banned on George V Avenue, in the 8th arrondissement, between Vernet Street and the Champs-Élysées (even side), from 10:00 AM on February 26 until 12:00 PM on February 27.
