The end of the day promises to be difficult for many RER A commuters this Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Due to a road accident in the Yvelines department earlier today, train traffic is currently at a standstill on the RER A, in both directions, between Poissy and Maisons-Laffitte stations. RATP, which points out that this disruption is due to a"road accident blocking the tracks at Poissy", has announced that traffic will resume around 7pm.
Due to this road accident, traffic is also disrupted in both directions between Maisons-Laffitte and Nanterre - Préfecture.
