What should you do this weekend, on Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8, 2026, in the Île-de-France region? The holidays are over, but there’s plenty to do beyond the Périphérique. Whether you’re in the Yvelines, Val-de-Marne, Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-d'Oise, Seine-et-Marne, Essonne or Hauts-de-Seine, every department has something lined up for this early-November weekend.
Good news for those without a car: all our ideas can be reached by metro, RER, tram or Transilien, with a simple Navigo Pass. The perfect way to get a change of scenery for a few hours, with exhibitions, shows, folk traditions and great places to eat.
On the agenda this weekend: a medieval fair dating back more than four centuries, the start of the Christmas season at Disneyland Paris, the final stretch of a digital arts festival and a major tennis tournament, a play by Pagnol, two exhibitions, flea markets and two restaurants to try.
Before heading out, keep an eye on transport disruptions: Metro line 6 is closed all day Sunday, and the RER C will not run in the evening between Paris and Saint-Martin-d'Étampes on Saturday. Showers are also possible, according to our weather forecast.
