Next February 17th will mark the Chinese New Year 2026 and the start of the Year of the Fire Horse, a symbol of energy, passion, movement, and ambition. At Red Katz, the Lunar New Year 2026 is primarily celebrated through indulgence, with a special and limited-time menu available by reservation.
To mark the second Lunar New Year celebration at the restaurant, owners Claire Huang, Hélène Ding, and Hélène Huang crafted a special menu featuring an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, side dish, and dessert for €108. It’s a fitting way to celebrate the most significant holiday on the Chinese calendar, a symbol of prosperity, success, and longevity.
Dragon dances are even scheduled to take place on site, to set the pace for the evening and immerse you in the atmosphere of this traditional address. Shall we unveil the menu?
