In the heart of the hotel's verdant patio, from late morning onwards, the Pimpan restaurant welcomes hedonists and the curious by reservation for a musical brunch, featuring a live acoustic performance by Mathias Cavani and Katleen Duglas, revealed in The Voice 2025. At the same time, artist Elise Enjalbert will bring her works to life live, in the form of an artistic performance on the restaurant's windows. The menu features a selection of seasonal dishes: eggs Benedict, croque-monsieur with onion compote, avocado toast, pancakes and French toast brioche.
- 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Participatory installation on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. A large whiteboard, left to free expression - to the sound of a self-service piano. Everyone is free to draw what they hear, translating the music into shapes, gestures and colors.
