While some are already looking ahead to cheering on their favorite athletes at the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, from July 26 to August 11, 2024 and August 28 to September 8, it's time to think practicalities.
If you live in Paris, you probably won't need that much help to get around, find your way around and even get something to eat during this huge sporting event. On the other hand, if you're coming from the other side of France, Europe or even the world, then chances are you'll need some guidance in the capital.
One thing's for sure, though, and that's that attending one event after another, even if you're just a spectator and not in the field, is very tiring! But sometimes schedules are tight, and if you're planning to travel around Paris to watch several competitions in a single day, you're going to need to eat close to the events.
In the capital, the 2024 Paralympic Games competitions will be held innine different venues:the Arena La Chapelle in northern Paris,the Arena Paris Sud 1-4-6 in the south,the Arena Bercy in the east, and theRoland Garros Stadium in the west. and a multitude of events will take place in the heart of the capital, mainly in the 1st, 7th, and 8th arrondissements, at the Eiffel Tower Stadium,the Champ-de-Mars Arena, theInvalides, the Pont Alexandre III, and theGrand Palais.
