Despicable Me 3 will air on TFX on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 9:10 p.m.. The third installment, released in 2017, introduces an unexpected member into Gru’s family: his twin brother Dru, whose existence he never knew about.
After his suspension, Gru meets his wealthy, exuberant brother. Their meeting comes just as Balthazar Bratt, the former child star of the 1980s turned criminal, is plotting a new caper. The film thus ties Dru’s reveal to a fresh rivalry with an adversary still haunted by his television past.
In the French release, Gad Elmaleh lends his voice to Gru and Arié Elmaleh voices Dru. Audrey Lamy returns as Lucy, while David Marsais voices Balthazar Bratt. The Minions remain part of this adventure directed by Kyle Balda and Pierre Coffin, with Eric Guillon co-directing, from a script by Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio.
