The Air and Space Museum, in Le Bourget, hosts a new edition of Ciné Tarmac from Friday, July 3 to Sunday, July 5, 2026. The idea remains the same: outdoor cinema screenings projected onto the museum’s Boeing 747 fuselage, on the tarmac of the former Bourget airport.
For this 2026 edition, the musée du Bourget announces three evenings devoted to space and aviation, with activities offered before the screenings. Workshops, quizzes and thematic activities accompany the sessions, with formats designed to suit different ages and the museum’s spaces.
On Friday, July 3, 2026, the evening kicks off from 8:00 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. with a segment titled Has Man Ever Walked on the Moon?, exploring lunar missions and the myths and realities of space travel. The screening of To the Moon by Greg Berlanti is scheduled for around 10:30 p.m.
Saturday, July 4, 2026 also marks the arrival of Ciné Tarmac Kids, a first family-friendly session. Ahead of the screening, two workshops—Aéropostale and Construis ta fusée—are announced, followed by the young-audience screening of The Little Prince by Mark Osborne at 6:00 p.m. The evening continues with First Man – Le premier homme sur la Lune, projected around 10:30 p.m.
On Sunday, July 5, 2026, the workshop Buckle Up invites you to discover the safety rules and procedures aboard a Boeing 747, with registration at the Information Desk and subject to seat availability. The edition’s final screening is devoted to Aviator by Martin Scorsese, around 10:30 p.m.
Online ticketing opens on June 3, 2026, and there will be no on-site sales. To enjoy this summer lineup, reservations should be made in advance directly through the museum.
