The film is part of a trilogy commissioned by Netflix, the third installment of which, Wake Up Dead Man: A Knife-Wielding Story, is expected to be released on the platform in 2025. Daniel Craig reprises the role of detective Benoit Blanc, created with his own unique voice and gestures.
