Attention lovers of Studio Ghibli animated films! This summer, from July 10 to August 3, 2025, the Musée du Quai Branly is offering free outdoor cinema screenings as part of Jardin d'été!

The gardens of the Musée du Quai Branly are the setting for a beautiful open-air film festival this summer. From July 10 to August 3, 2025, a program focusing on gastronomy and cinema will plunge you into the masterpieces of the 7th art to discover new cultures.

A program to make you salivate, dream, travel and discover new horizons: this summer, take a one-way ticket to India, Japan, Louisiana, China... Without even leaving the garden of the Musée du Quai Branly.

  • The Taste of Ramen, Eric Khoo, Saturday, July 12 at 4:30 p.m.
  • The Princess and the Frog, Ron Clements, John Musker, Sunday July 13 at 4:30 pm
  • Chihiro's Journey, Hayao Miyazaki, Saturday, July 19 at 4:30 p.m.
  • Kung Fu Panda, Marc Osborne and John Stevenson, Sunday, July 20 at 4:30 p.m.
  • Chicken Run, Nick Park and Peter Lord, Saturday, July 26 at 4:30 p.m.
  • Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Mel Stuart, Sunday July 27 at 4.30 p.m.

Summer Thursdays (screening preceded by a discussion with a chef about world cuisine, online reservation required)

  • Japon décalé! with chef Mory Sacko, followed by the screening of Tampopo by Juzo Itami, Thursday, July 10 at 6:30pm
  • Délices d'Inde with chef Sanjee, followed by the screening of Lasse Halström's Les Recettes du Bonheur, Thursday, July 17 at 7:30pm
  • Place au sucré, with chef Yukiko Sakka, followed by the screening of Les Délices de Tokyo, by Naomi Kawase, Thursday, July 24 at 7:30pm
  • La cuisine autrement, with chef Jean-Rony Leriche, followed by the screening of Lasse Halström 'sLes Recettes du Bonheur , Thursday, July 31 at 7:30pm

Reservations for open-air cinema screenings willopen online on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 10am. Online reservations are essential for both Thursday and weekend family screenings!
