Rendez-vous aux Jardins is a must for nature lovers and the curious eager to explore our botanical heritage. Organized by the Ministry of Culture, it’s a prime chance to rediscover our green spaces through a lively program of free events and exceptional visits hosted in the heart of public parks and gardens—as well as private ones. Whether with family, friends, as a couple, or solo, there’s something for everyone at each edition. Don’t miss the upcoming dates from 5 to 7 June 2026!
For an outing halfway between art and nature, the Musée du Quai Branly is the place to be! Dedicated to the arts and civilizations of Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas, it boasts a collection that takes us to the four corners of the globe and back in time. But the Musée du Quai Branly is not just about art and culture. It also boasts a magnificent garden that adds an extra dimension to your visit.
With its pathways, paved paths, 169 trees and ducks (yes, yes), the 18,000m² garden designed by Gilles Clément is a beautiful green setting, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of Parisian life. It reflects the museum's philosophy of promoting the discovery and understanding of different cultures through the prism of art and nature.
The "Artists' Garden" Tour
Hidden behind a glass barrier and beneath the museum's stilts, the museum garden welcomes visitors with winding paths, clearings and pools. The walk offered on this tour is a chance to reveal the symbols drawn in the garden by landscape architect Gilles Clément, highlighted by artist Yann Kersalé and extended by botanist Patrick Blanc's living wall… Among these symbols lies an animal: to uncover it, follow the guide!
