Open-air cinema in Triel-sur-Seine (78): two free screenings under the stars this summer 2026

When the warm weather arrives, the big screen heads outdoors. In Paris, open-air screenings bloom at iconic venues like La Villette Park, the Cour Carrée of the Louvre, the Monnaie, and several other gardens and squares across the capital. But Paris isn’t the only city rolling out screenings under the stars. Across the Île-de-France region, towns switch to big-screen mode as the evenings grow longer. In the Yvelines (78), Triel-sur-Seine is also stepping into the spotlight.

Screenings are part of Triel Activités Vacances, the town’s summer lineup running from July 4 to August 28, 2026. For nearly two months, residents can enjoy a wide range of free activities: swimming, sports, outings, games, evenings, events and, of course, outdoor cinema. Two events are scheduled at the parc municipal, with the screening starting at 21 heures. The entrée est gratuite and everyone is invited to bring a chair, cushion or blanket to settle in comfortably before the show begins under the stars.
