Western and escape game fans are invited to The Game - Saint-Michel, in Paris's 5th arrondissement, to discover one of the establishment's most immersive rooms, the Far West. We've tried it, and we'll tell you all about it!

Break out the colts and spurs! The Game - Saint-Michel, anescape game in the 5th arrondissement, invites you to travel back in time, right into a Western, with its Far West room, starting now. This ultra-immersive room plunges you into the heart of a street, between a saloon and a funeral parlour. And as usual, you've got an hour to solve the riddles and get out of this cowboy movie without a duel.

The pitch is very appealing:"In the middle of the desert, the gold rush attracts the greatest adventurers! In this hostile environment, they all dream of one thing: finding the mine that will make them rich! Your team is off to Molly Town, with its saloon, cowboys and bandits! So get your hats on, because the stagecoach is ready to go!

So, what’s the verdict on Le Far West at The Game? The venue offers a stunning, well-crafted, and thoroughly immersive experience. It’s a highly positive adventure on many fronts, starting with the set design. It’s simple — you’re completely transported into a western town! The Game pays close attention to detail, delivering an authentic saloon, a street scene (the ceiling height is incredible, allowing for a building’s facade to stretch from floor to ceiling), and even a gold mine. It’s hard not to applaud the team’s effort, which has gone above and beyond to create one of the most immersive rooms in the city...

On the storyline side, it’s equally rich, featuring a cast of familiar characters, multiple plot twists, and giving players the choice—at a certain point—to decide how the story ends (offering both easier and more challenging options). We loved it! Special mention for the sound and musical ambiance that elevates the immersion to an extraordinary level.

And how about the puzzles? They’re very well-designed—neither too easy nor overly complicated. We particularly appreciated the mechanisms, some of which are brilliantly clever, and others quite original. But don’t expect to spend the whole hour thinking; searching and exploring are just as crucial in this room. There are even a few “wow” moments! Overall, this room is like a childhood dream—the gold rush adventure reminiscent of classic American Western films. If you enjoy westerns, this escape room is a must-try, but even if it’s not really your thing, don’t hesitate. Go for it!
