New trailer for the Silent Hill 2 remake! At the PlayStation State of Play conference held on January 31, 2024, Konami unveiled a new trailer for Silent Hill 2, the remake of the game released in 2001. A game that had created a surprise in October 2022, with a first trailer unveiled at the Game Awards. As for a release date, no information has yet been revealed, but we do know that the title will be released on PS5 and is currently in development. And as for this new trailer, one thing's for sure: we didn't hold back our pleasure when we saw it!

Silent Hill 2 Remake trailer:

A game that will be released exclusively on PS5, at least temporarily, as the software is also planned for PC via Steam, one year after the console release. As specified in the first trailer unveiled in 2022, note that the game will run under Unreal Engine 5, all without loading, as evidenced by the visual quality of the trailer, which is clearly appealing in terms of graphics.

The remake follows the adventures of James Sunderland, who, after receiving a letter from his late wife - even though she died three years before receiving the letter - travels to Silent Hill on his instructions. A journey to the very edge of horror, and its destructive psychology, which should revive many memories for fans. In short, we can't wait to get our hands on it. And in the meantime, we're taking the opportunity to dive back into the saga's various installments... Get ready!
