The end-of-year holidays are approaching, and yourSims probablywant to go on vacation. Are you more of a beach person or a mountain person? Or maybe you prefer the ocean... EA is organizing a new limited-time event, allowing us to earn new items during this Christmas season.
From December 16, 2025, to January 13, 2026, players must complete several missions to receive additional content for free. TheDeck the Palms event follows Jasmine Holiday on her journey through the worlds, collecting special souvenirs along the way...
For this free event, the game mode changes slightly. In previous challenges, players had to follow a new quest and complete a series of missions to unlock rewards one by one. This time, you'll need to log in on specific dates to receive gifts sent by Jasmine Holiday.
As you may have noticed, some gifts are linked to specific expansion packs: Cats & Dogs, Adventure Time, and Business & Leisure. EA specifies that these bonus items can be unlocked by all players, but only those who own the named packs will be able to play with them. For others, these specific items will remain in your game database until you purchase and install the expansion. Once the DLC is installed, the reward will be available and accessible in its category. Limiting certain rewards to players who have purchased the packs is likely to upset the community.
The most observant players may also have noticed gifts with a particular motif... The Deck the Palms event accompanies the release of two unusual mini-kits, in partnership with the SpongeBob SquarePants license.
During the Christmas holidays, collect free items with this new and unique event, and send your Sims on a trip.
