On your mark, get set, breathe - from May 21 to 25, 2025, the horticultural event Jardins, Jardin brings creativity to life in the heart of the Villa Windsor park, nestled in the Bois de Boulogne. And like every spring, Chanel is donning its gloves to set the scene: the Chanel Garden.
While the House is no stranger to the catwalk, it is just as familiar with petals. Famous for its legendary tweed suits and timeless bags, it is in the world of skincare and fragrance that the House cultivates another form of savoir-faire: that of essence. Each elixir, each fragrance, is the fruit of demanding cultivation, precise harvesting and an unconditional love of flowers and plants. From the legendary N°5 to the joyous Coco Mademoiselle, Chanel fragrances capture the quintessence of botanicals with haute-couture precision.
After Iris Pallida, this year's focus is on Sandalwood! This ingredient, adored by perfumers, becomes the star of this exceptional garden. Over an area of 300 m², Chanel offers an immersive walk through the heart of its Sandalwood austrocaledonicum sector, cultivated on the island of Maré in New Caledonia, at the heart of the territory and Kanak culture. From forest to vial, we follow the trail of the heartwood to its olfactory expression.
Guided by Chanel experts, visitors will discover the secrets of sustainable, ethical and committed transformation. Extraction, distillation, sublimation: everything is carefully cultivated here.
