Particular Days 2026: free reservations are now open for the Louis Vuitton Foundation

The Louis Vuitton Foundation opens reservations today for Journées Particulières 2026. The public will be able to see Gustave Fayet for free and discover some of the curatorial choices that shaped the exhibition.

This time, the Journées Particulières swap out tools for wall space. From October 16–18, 2026, the public can freely explore several sites belonging to the LVMH group as part of the 6th edition, titled At the Roots of the Dream. A total of 46 Houses, 69 locations and 12 countries are taking part, with experiences designed to offer a new perspective on heritage, creativity and savoir-faire. Opened in 2014 in the Bois de Boulogne, the Fondation Louis Vuitton is devoted to modern and contemporary art and to creation in all its forms. Designed by F rank Gehry, its building with the soaring glass sails has, in just a few years, become a Parisian cultural landmark, hosting temporary exhibitions, works from the collection, commissions for artists, concerts and performances. For Journées Particulières 2026, the visit dovetails directly with the exhibition Gustave Fayet, Collector - Creator. Icons of Modern Art, running from October 9, 2026 to March 8, 2027. A painter, collector and patron at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, Gustave Fayet brings together works by Gauguin, Van Gogh, Cézanne and Odilon Redon, while nurturing his own artistic practice. With pencils in hand, visitors are invited to try out some artist’s gestures along the route, guided by cultural mediators. The tour also reveals the making of the exhibition, from the selection of works to their final hanging.
