The Journées Particulières 2026 at Maison Guerlain: reservations open tomorrow

The countdown has begun at Guerlain for the 2026 Journées Particulières. Starting tomorrow, reservations will let visitors discover the raw materials, the techniques, and the artistry behind perfume.

A grand fragrance starts with a handful of ingredients and a lot of savoir-faire. From October 16 to 18, 2026, the Journées Particulières offer just that—a chance to trace the thread of creation by freely stepping inside iconic spaces of the LVMH group. For this sixth edition, themed Aux Racines du Rêve, 46 Maisons will open 69 sites across 12 countries. Workshops, artisanal techniques, heritage and raw materials come under visitors’ noses, sometimes literally.

Les Journées Particulières LVMH 2022 à Paris : l'antre merveilleux de la Maison Guerlain — Guerlain

At Guerlain, this time the rendezvous is at 68 avenue des Champs-Élysées, a address that has scented the House’s history for more than a century. The Guerlain family had its townhouse built there in 1914, bringing together a boutique, apartments, offices and a laboratory. Over the years, the place has worn different faces: Andrée Putman and Maxime d’Angeac reinvented it in 2005, followed by another transformation entrusted to Peter Marino in 2013. More than a century after opening, 68 remains one of Guerlain’s iconic addresses in Paris, even recognizable by its Abeille, the historic symbol of the House.

For Journées Particulières, 68 invites visitors to trace the perfume’s trail. The route focuses in particular on the Guerlinade, the olfactory signature built around six iconic ingredients: iris, jasmine, bergamot, rose, vanilla, and tonka bean. Visitors can also watch the Dames de Table, guardians of a historic craft in dressing the bottles. Finishing touches: applying the stopper, sealing the bottle, and tying the final knots.

A deep dive into the art of perfumery: exploring the natural ingredients that make up the Guerlinade, the heritage of the historic boutique, and the work of the Dames de Table, with a live demonstration of how the perfume bottles are dressed.
