Journées Particulières 2026 : places to bake with Cova go on sale tomorrow

The Cova masterclasses for Journées Particulières 2026 go on sale starting tomorrow. A great opportunity to discover the techniques of the House’s Pastry Chefs as they explore Italian patisserie.

This time, savoir-faire is almost tasted with the eyes. From October 16 to 18, 2026, the Journées Particulières invite the public to discover free-of-charge spaces and experiences offered by the Maisons of the LVMH group. For their 6th edition, themed At the Roots of the Dream, they once again expand: 46 Maisons, 69 sites and 12 countries are taking part in the venture. At Cova, there’s no leather or bottle on the horizon: here, it all comes down to the spatula, the piping bag and the gram.

Founded in Milan in 1817, Cova has spent more than two centuries crafting a lifestyle where pastry sits at the heart of it. First set up near La Scala, the House has welcomed artists, writers, and leading figures of Milan’s scene—from Verdi to Puccini, with Hemingway and Maria Callas in the mix. Today in Paris, at 1 rue du Pont-Neuf, just steps from the Samaritaine, it still fuses Italian tradition, polished service, and confectionery creations.

For the 2026 Journées Particulières, the House steps out from behind the counter and rolls up its sleeves. Alongside the Chefs Pâtissiers, visitors discover how a Cova creation comes to life—from selecting ingredients to the prep work, through to the finishing touches and decoration. It all unfolds as masterclasses focused on the techniques and gestures that define the House’s signature.
