Nail art enthusiasts beware: just a stone's throw from La Madeleine lies Kim Anh Manucure 2, a salon tucked away in a discreet building courtyard. While the setting remains sober and classic, it's the remarkable expertise of the team that makes all the difference.
Nail art pros, as seen on their Instagram account, Kim Anh Manucure 2 salon takes the time to listen to your desires and make your wish come true. We went along to try out a resin false nail application (€70), followed by a semi-permanent Cat Eye effect (€20), a nail art technique that creates a moving luminous reflection on the nail, similar to that seen in a feline's eye. What's really impressive is that this effect is achieved using a magnetic nail polish containing small metallic particles, and a special magnet that is brought close to the nail for a few seconds before the polish dries.
Kim Anh Manucure 2 is open Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 7:30pm. Bookings can be made online by consulting the services by category, with associated descriptions and rates. A 20% deposit, deducted on the day of the appointment, is required to validate all bookings. The salon has already won over many followers on social networks, including youtuber Lena Mahfouf, who does most of her manicures there.
