This Odéon townhouse is still open for a few more days during Paris Design Week 2026.

During Paris Design Week, Paris becomes a playground for contemporary design. Galleries, studios, houses, institutions and more intimate venues throw open their doors to showcase creation in a different light, close to the materials, techniques and spaces. This sweeping tour of the capital invites you to discover new talents, to cross paths with interior architecture, furniture and savoir-faire, and above all to see how design comes to life beyond the showrooms. The next edition will take place from September 10 to 19, 2026.

In the Odéon district, Odéon, Maison Kyka is precisely choosing to show what you rarely see: that floating moment when an interior isn’t quite what it was, and isn’t yet what it will become. Presented for free as part of the Paris Design Week circuit, the Hôtel des Possibles takes over a townhouse in the 6e arrondissement with a pristine façade, at 65 rue Monsieur le Prince, from September 10 to 14, 2026. As you ascend the floors, visitors gradually see the project’s face shift, from raw to lived-in, while materials, light, drawing and architecture progressively take possession of the space.

Founded in 2023 by Pierre Jasnin, Maison Kyka guides bespoke real estate projects—from finding the perfect property to renovating, styling, and decorating it.
