Each fall, Paris Design Week brings design to every corner of Paris—from galleries to institutions, studios, and heritage venues. The new edition runs September 10–19, 2026 and invites visitors to discover new names, original installations, and fresh approaches to materials, objects, and spaces. No need to be a furniture expert to enjoy it: the route unfolds by neighborhood, guided by your interests, curiosities, and the pleasant surprises you encounter along the way.
Paris Design Week 2026: the events, installations and exhibitions to discover before it ends
The Paris Design Week is coming to a close, with only a few days left to wander through installations, exhibitions and events scattered across the capital. [Read more]
In the Marais, the visit takes on a new rhythm. Hôtels particuliers, cobbled courtyards, gardens and cultural institutions host installations that converse with the history of the place and sometimes reveal another facet. Here, design slips into the heritage, reinterprets an use, highlights a detail or catches the eye where you wouldn’t expect. The neighborhood lends itself especially well to this, with its passageways, old façades and cultural venues just minutes apart. A string of discoveries to follow through the streets, between ancient stones and contemporary creations, without turning the stroll into a scavenger hunt or feeling like you’re doing the same tour twice.
