While Paris-Saint-Germain muddle along in the Champions League, Paris FC and Red Star, the other two major soccer clubs from the Paris region, will clash in Ligue 2 this Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the Stade Charléty. While waiting to join Jean Bouin next season, Paris FC, third in the second division, will take on Saint-Ouen, 14th in the league, in what promises to be the capital's only derby.
Thanks to the Parisian club's free admission policy, tickets are now available to all, even those in category 1 with central positioning, at a maximum price of 10 euros. Rendezvous at 2pm for this 20th day of Ligue 2 between the rival teams, who didn't meet last year, with Red Star then playing in the National league, to which they've returned several times since 2015.
While Paris FC often emerge victorious from these confrontations between neighbors, Red Star is driven by its historic fans, who are very attached to the club, considered to be popular with a strong identity. There's no doubt that the fans will be out in force just a few metro stations away, not far from the Stade Bauer!
