Sentez-vous sport 2023, the village where you can try out new sports at the Parc de la Villette

Once again this year, the French National Olympic and Sports Committee is organizing the "Sentez-vous Sport" event, and its sports village on September 30, 2023, at the Parc de la Villette, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. It's the perfect opportunity to discover new sports for free, take part in group classes and watch exceptional demonstrations, and get hooked on a new sport you can start practicing in the autumn! A foretaste of Club France, which will bring together French fans during next year's Olympic Games.

All day long, try out different sports to find your own, from among over thirty:martial arts, badminton, basketball, boxing, cycling, climbing, fencing, American soccer, golf, weightlifting... There's something for every level and every style! For this 14th edition, the CNOSF can count on the presence of Estelle Mossely and Steven Da Costa to promote sport for all, so that all French people are aware of the benefits of regular sporting activity. Throughout September, events and conferences will be held throughout France for the general public.

Central stage program

• 2.15pm - 3.15pm: percussion class with Drum Team
• 16h20 -17h10: Athletic Training class with Anouk
• 5.10pm - 5.30pm: group rowing class offered by the Fédération Française d'Aviron (French Rowing Federation)
• 5.30pm -6.30pm: yoga class (beginner level) with Aria
• 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: yoga class (advanced level) with Aria
• 7:30 - 9:00 pm: Zumba XXL with Zumba France
