Horse GP in Paris Bercy: an XXL show featuring show jumping, Sprint, Grand Prix and a concert in December

What if equestrian sport took a page from Formula 1? Set to land at Paris Bercy on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, Horse GP isn’t your typical show jumping contest. It’s a new format engineered to elevate the sport to another level: faster to follow, more spectacular, closer to the big sports spectacles. Tickets will go on sale August 26, 2026.

conceived by Christophe Ameeuw, the brains behind the Gucci Masters and the Longines Masters, Horse GP takes its cues from Formula 1, MotoGP and the great indoor showdowns. The Grand Prix de Paris 5 FEI* will bring together the 40 best horse-and-rider duos on the planet on a top‑level course, with a prize pool announced at one million euros. It’s designed to position this new event alongside Saut Hermès or Paris Eiffel Jumping, while leaning into a more show‑oriented, arena-ready experience.

Horse GP 2026 Schedule in Paris

• 3:00 PM: The Sprint
  A speed event at 1.50 m, drawing on Formula 1 and MotoGP qualifying to set the starting order for the Grand Prix. A pole-position style round for show jumping, followed by a thrilling equestrian showcase.
• 8:00 PM: Grand Prix de Paris
  The day's sporting centerpiece, featuring a CSI 5* at 1.60 m bringing together the top horse-and-rider pairs. High-stakes jumps, peak intensity: the Paris venue morphs into an XXL show-jumping arena.
• 10:00 PM: After Show
  The evening ends with a concert by an international artist, whose name is yet to be announced.

The organizers also unveil an immersive experience, featuring visual effects, sound and lighting, in the spirit of major international shows. A new equestrian venture in Paris, blending top-level competition with a spectacular indoor show.
