Want to get moving and let go? Head for 29 rue des Petites Écuries, in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, where DRIP offers dynamic group classes combining cardio, muscle-building and lively music, all in a subdued atmosphere.
We tested their brand-new format: the DRIP Blast, a rhythmic workout in seven four-minute workshops. These include cycling, skierg, weight, kettlebell and TRX exercises. Each session is divided into three parts: two minutes to get started, a minute and a half to intensify the effort, then thirty seconds of final BLAST to give it all you've got. Between each workshop, there's a one-minute transition to recover and catch your breath before the next challenge.
DRIP 's group classes combine cardio and strength training for a complete, dynamic workout. Several formats are offered, depending on individual objectives: signature classes, built around a circuit to be repeated three times before a final finisher; the Abs & Arms format , dedicated to the upper body; Cardio Crush, designed to raise intensity and heart rate; Legs & Booty, entirely focused on the lower body; or the gym's newest addition: specific Hyrox competition training classes.
This type of group class is for those who want to let off steam, free their minds and burn off as much energy as possible. Its intensity makes it a good ally for losing weight or strengthening your figure. For those seeking a gentler pace or a low-impact activity, alternatives such as pilates or pilates reformer may be more suitable. Every session at DRIP is accessible to beginners and advanced alike, thanks to the possibility of adjusting the exercises to suit your abilities. A good option for pushing your limits in complete safety.
