Designed differently from a traditional spa, Lymfea aims above all to awaken the senses. As soon as you enter the studio, you're immediately enveloped by the subdued, soothing, vegetal atmosphere. After a personal chat with our practitioner, a specialist in naturopathy and reflexology, we settle down on a particularly comfortable massage table for a session focused on the extremities.

The "extremities" treatment focuses on the head, hands and feet, using targeted techniques such as foot reflexology and cranial massage. Specific work on the abdomen is also offered, with the aim of releasing deep-seated tensions.

For 50 minutes, reflex points associated with internal organs and systems are stimulated. This massage aims to rebalance energies, promote self-healing and relieve physical and emotional tension. At the end of the session, a sensation of lightness and renewed energy is felt, accompanied by deep relaxation. Each body reacts in its own way, however, and each experience is unique.
