Since the opening of Annette K in the Montparnasse neighborhood, the climbing scene in the 14th arrondissement has gained a new highlight: Vertical World. Designed to cater to both seasoned climbers and families or beginners simply looking to have fun without pressure, this multi-level gym is accessible to all. Visitors interested in a playful experience can also enjoy the innovative "fun walls," featuring illuminated and interactive holds that keep the routes fresh and exciting.
Rising up to 10 meters high, 33 automatic belays offer a safe, self-guided climbing experience with regularly refreshed routes to keep the challenge alive. Additionally, 6 belays are dedicated to fun climbing, perfect for children from age 5 and up, or for a more playful family outing—climbing side by side at your own pace. It's truly a vertical playground designed to satisfy all climbing enthusiasts.
As is common in many climbing gyms, a bar and lounge area offer the perfect way to unwind after your workout or to wait for kids over a coffee. Single-entry prices are set at 16 euros for adults and 12 euros for young climbers, with discounts available for multiple visits and various ticket packages. The facility is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., every day of the week.
