What if your next race could take you off the pavement without really leaving Paris? Gravelanza Paris-Meudon is set for June 13-14, 2026 at the Terrasse de l’Observatoire de Meudon, in the Hauts-de-Seine, with a sporting concept designed around running, the Meudon Forest, a festival vibe and running culture.
The event invites runners to discover gravel running, a hybrid discipline that links urban energy with natural trails, offering several formats accessible from the Hub Gravelanza.
On the agenda: routes of 7.4 km, 16.4 km and 24.2 km, a Run Crew Battle, animations, meetups, food corners, a coffee corner, matcha, talks, podcasts and live music.
The principle of Gravelanza Paris-Meudon centers on three distances that let you choose your pace. Each route starts from the Terrace of the Observatory and plumbs a setting where the city seems to fade away in favor of trails, footpaths, and varying terrain.
In Challenge and Endurance formats, timed KOM and QOM segments round out the experience by rewarding the top climbers, regardless of the overall standings. It spices up the race for riders who enjoy bursts and short climbs.
On Saturday, June 13, the Run Crew Battle will spotlight the world of running by staging a free 2.7-km race reserved for run clubs. The starting gun is scheduled for 2 p.m., with teams of at least six runners. The standings will be decided on three criteria: speed, collective power, and hype, with a trophy awarded to the winning club.
The Hub Gravelanza is set to be the weekend’s rallying point. It’s where you pick up your bib, reconnect with your team, cheer on the riders, and extend the experience after crossing the line. The event will feature multiple zones focused on sport, lifestyle, food and partner experiences.
Gravelanza speaks to curious runners, fans of urban trail running, outdoor-sports enthusiasts, and those who want to break away from traditional road races. Fancy testing your footing on varied surfaces, running through tree-lined paths, with bursts of speed and viewpoints over Paris? The event attracts both performance-driven runners and those eager to discover a new way to run.
Based at the Terrace of the Meudon Observatory, just under 30 minutes from central Paris by public transport, Gravelanza benefits from a distinctive setting. The venue allows a swift shift from an urban vibe to an immersion in the Meudon Forest, capturing the feeling many Île-de-France runners chase: escaping without going far.
Access is possible via the RER C, station Meudon-Val-Fleury, the N line, station Meudon, as well as buses 289 and 389, stop Église. Prices vary by format and registration period, with rates starting at €22 for Explorer, €46 for Challenge, and €67 for Endurance. A chance to turn a June weekend into a sporty, collective, and festive pause just outside Paris.
